Distance is real. So is the care that crosses it.

1429 is the Google Maps driving distance between the Mayo Clinic Gonda Building in Rochester, Minnesota, and Allagash Brewing outside Portland, Maine.

During difficult testing, a community of friends who are family was together at Monktoberfest while I had to be elsewhere. This site begins with the belief that advocacy is not only paperwork and appointments. It is also the people who make the road feel less lonely.

1429.help shares lived experience and educational resources. It does not provide medical advice or make claims about individual outcomes.
